First Week of Teaching

My SBTE makes wonderful use of technology! She contantly has music playing using iTunes, she uses ELMO, which I used some on Friday to show a worksheet, and a timer that she downloaded to her laptop that has an alarm to signal "Times' up". She really enjoys technology uses it throughout the day. I have never been a big fan but she uses it in such a kid-friendly way: no long boring PowerPoints and fun music. She has occasioanlly put a one PowerPoint slide to give initial directions to get the class started, but no lessons in that format. I could get used to this. It will be interesting to see what other gadgets she has.
